Meet Diondre

Diondre Mompoint is a biologist, educator, entrepreneur, author, and life sciences professional whose career has been built at the intersection of science, business, and education. With a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Florida Atlantic University and an M.S. in Biology from Arizona State University, Diondre has developed a scientific foundation spanning biology, genetics, genomics, metabolism, and evolutionary science. His passion for education has led him into the classroom as a college biology professor, while his curiosity about life's biggest questions inspired his book, A Paradoxical Life: Where Did We Come From?, as well as years of science writing and communication.

Outside the classroom, Diondre has built a career within the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries, working across laboratory operations, product development, technology transfer, manufacturing, commercialization, project management, and sales operations. His experience has included leading complex manufacturing initiatives, managing multimillion-dollar projects and commercial accounts, implementing business systems, and helping organizations turn ideas into scalable processes and products.

That combination of scientific thinking and business experience ultimately led Diondre to found Stellar Bridge Solutions LLC, a consulting company focused on helping organizations solve operational challenges and move ideas forward. Through Stellar Bridge Solutions, he works across product development, life sciences, manufacturing, CRM implementation, business operations, process improvement, and automation.

Whether he is teaching biology, developing a new product, improving a business process, writing about science, or building a company, the common thread throughout Diondre's work is curiosity and problem-solving. He believes that seemingly different worlds—science, education, technology, and business—often become most powerful when they are connected.
